RBC ExpressTERM - an instant issue (15min) non-medically underwritten term. Great for clients who want mortgage protection (term life insurance) up to $250,000 issued quickly and with minimal ease. Completely electronic application that offers your client coverage immediately.
Americo Mortgage Term - is a simplified issue, non-medically underwritten term insurance that offers coverage up to $250,000 (protection up to $350,000 with an oral swab). The Americo product offers a variety of riders such as ROP (return of premium), disability and others at competitive rates. Requires a face-to-face client meeting but still offers 5 to 6 day issue time.
Lincoln GTO and PROTerm - are medically underwritten policies that are on average the most affordable term life insurance policies available. Great products from a financially stable, well-known insurance company. GTO term offers coverage up to and above $1M and their PROTerm product is a fully-refundable term insurance product where clients can get all their premiums back after 15, 20 or 30 years. Lincoln's term products require medical underwriting and have a longer issue time, but are very affordable. In addition, all Lincoln term products can be converted to Universal (permanent) Life insurance policies.
American General (AIG) Term and ROP Term - products are fully underwritten life insurance policies that offer extremely affordable coverage from one of the most well known and financially stable companies in the world. AIG term products offer an array of riders and options to satisfy any client's need. All their term policies offer the option to covert to Universal Life Insurance and offer generous underwriting allowances.
We suggest the following products to mortage clients as they are designed to provide affordable mortage protection. The above products are easy to understand and can provide coverage in 15 minutes to 30 days. However, if a client requests we can offer a wide variety of other insurance products to suit their needs: Universal, Fixed Annuities, Long Term Care, Disability and Health Insurance.
