There are two paperless ways in which to pay

- Credit Card – MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Discover
- Electronic Check from an existing checking account
There are three times that Credit Card or Electronic
Check information can be taken by Chase Insurance:
- ONLINE when submitted through the Z-App system
- Chase Insurance's TeleLife will ask the client during the
telephone interview if they would like to bind the
coverage through Credit Card or Electronic Check payment
and obtain the needed information by phone
- After policy issue, the broker can complete and
FAX the attached Premium Payment Option form to Chase Insurance's

Life's Certain-T NY Broker Features
Chase Insurance Life Certain-T NY offers affordable term life insurance
Chase Insurance Life's Certain-T NY (policy form series ZNY-001) is
non participating term life insurance with level premiums
that are guaranteed not to change for the period selected
(5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 years). Premiums pay a lump-sum death
benefit to the beneficiaries designated, and the death benefit
can then be used to pay for mortgage payments, living expenses,
college funding, debt, and any other costs to help maintain
a family’s standard of living.
Guaranteed Premiums - Chase Insurance Life's Certain-T NY 20
is term life insurance with level premiums that are guaranteed
not to change for 20 years.
Requalification/Re-entry - If your client is age 60
or younger at the end of the 20-year guaranteed level premium
period, they may apply for a second 20-year guaranteed level
premium period at premium rates based on your then-attained
age.
This requires a medical exam (at the company’s cost).
If your client qualifies medically, the higher annually increasing
premiums, that would otherwise follow the initial 20-year
guaranteed premium period, could be avoided.
Companion Policy - Companion coverage is available
for your clients spouse, children or eligible business partner
with reduced policy fees. There is a limit of five companion
policies.
Accelerated Death Benefit - Automatically added at
no additional cost, the accelerated death benefit provides
for advance payment of up to 25% of the existing death benefit,
if your client becomes terminally ill and has a life expectancy
of 12 months or less. (See policy form series ZNY-204 for
additional details.)
